Glitter Bomb
A cute turn-based grid-tactics campaign where you play a colony of rogue glitter motes shimmering across an office. Spread onto new tiles to hit each level's quota, keep glitter alive for two turns so it gets glued down vacuum-proof, and read the telegraphed vacuum, wet-wipe, and lint-roller attacks. Evolve Confetti Poppers and Glitter Shakers across 12 levels and four offices, then bring down the Shop-Vac 9000.
How to play
You are Twinkle, a spiky (but adorable) rogue glitter mote. Each turn you get three actions. Tap one of your motes, then tap a glowing next-door tile to spread a new one onto it (one action). The moment your sparkle reaches the level's glitter quota you win it outright. If you cannot get there this turn, end your turn and the cleaning crew fights back before your next move. The only way to lose is to let them vacuum up your last mote, which clears the board and sends you back to retry the room; there is no turn limit, so a slow clear only costs stars.
The cleaning crew
Everything the enemy does is telegraphed one turn ahead, so you can read it and spread clear:
Evolve your sparkle
Spend actions to turn a basic mote into something stronger:
Twelve levels, four offices
The campaign runs across four offices of three levels each, getting bigger and meaner as you go:
- 🛎️ The Reception Desk
- 🗂️ The Cubicle Farm
- 📊 Conference Room B
- 💼 The Corner Office
It ends in a boss fight against the Shop-Vac 9000 (12 HP), which sucks two rows and slams 3x3 zones. There is no quota there: instead, every tile that newly gets glued down during the enemy phase deals it one point of damage, so bring it to zero. Clear a level in par turns or fewer for three stars. Your stars and unlocked levels are saved in your browser.
Tips
- Spread wide, not in a clump, so one vacuum row or wet-wipe flood cannot cost you the whole colony.
- Nurse a few tiles to glued glitter early: permanent territory the vacuum can never take back is how you out-pace the cleaning.
- Read the telegraphs before you commit your last action: amber rows and blue columns tell you exactly where not to be.
- Get a Glitter Shaker up as soon as you can and keep her clear of the lint roller's marks, since her free motes are what win the race.
- Route your spreads through static balloons to stretch three actions into four.
