Meet Cute
A hand-drawn notebook puzzle about two doodles trying to find each other. Rotate the whole page and let gravity tip them together, landing the pair side by side, while you work around ink pits, scribble monsters, and one-use smudges.
How to play
Meet Cute is a hand-drawn notebook puzzle about two doodles, one in blue pen, one in red, trying to reach each other. You never drag them. Instead you turn the whole page: tap ⟲ / ⟳ (or press ← / →) to rotate everything a quarter-turn, and gravity pulls the doodles (and every loose thing) straight down. Land the pair side by side and they meet.
Each turn is a move. Solve a page in as few as you can: come in at or under par for the full three stars.
How a turn plays out
Every quarter-turn runs the same three beats, and the trick is choosing the rotation whose landing lines the two up:
On the page
30 pages
The notebook runs to 30 hand-tuned pages, opening on a bare sheet with just walls and building up through ink, smudges, holes, tape and monsters all at once. Every page is solvable at par. Jump around with the page picker (▤) and restart any time (↺). Chasing three stars on every page is the real game.
Tips
- One turn moves everyone: a rotation that helps blue can drop red into trouble. Solve for both at once.
- Clear the hazards first: tape a monster or route around a pit before you line up the meeting.
- Use a wall, a taped doodle, or a strip of tape as the ledge that stops a doodle sliding too far.
- A smudge is a one-time floor, so plan to leave before it crumbles.
